Max Power: Check Point Firewall Performance Optimization

This is now my goto resource for all things Checkpoint. It covers real world advice on hardware / settings / BIOS Tuning (For Open Server Hardware), Diagnosing issues (and finding some you didn't even know you had!) / Policy tuning / Nat Optimisation / VPN Algorithm recommendations, Differences from R77.30 and R80.10 including it's new Love or Hate GUI.There's even a section of external influences to look out for on your switches.I could go on.. But basically it's a must buy book for making the most of your Checkpoint investment.

I have just purchased and started reading this book, One thing i would like to mention about the paper back printing is not very cool. Other than that you need a partner account or business account to read the SK's articles mentioned in the further reading section so get ready for that. Other than that i am on the chapter 1 so can not put more on anything as of yet. I will hopefully present my review few weeks further down the line. Thanks in advanceImran Dorset South Coast UK
