Gluten free. Ingredients Onion, garlic, curry powder (turmeric, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chilli), red chilli, lemongrass, salt, galangal, ginger, kaffir lime peel, star anise. Directions Mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste with your choice of meat, fish, or vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Add coconut milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

This curry is quite strong, and will make your whole flat smell for a few days - so don't recommend if your flatmates/parents are very fussy about smells etc (like my mum). The curry is quite spicy, so it wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting a milder yellow curry which is the case in Thailand. The taste is good besides the spicy taste, just the smell takes at least 3 or 4 days before going away - even after opening the windows and doors for a long time each day.
