Delicious! The best lemon olive oil I ever tried! this is nothing compared to the flavored oils you might find in Trader Joes. De Carlo Lemon extra virgin is the real thing. The lemon is ground with the olives. There are no added flavors and you can tell the difference. the lemon smells and taste fabulous and the olive oil is excellent. I put it on my salad, on fish, on grilled chicken, and some soup as well. I love it!
