Great for protecting him from the sun during daytime strolls & for keeping him cosy during night time sleeps whilst we went out for dinner. I used a small pram fan to help keep baby cool & white noise machine in the evenings. He slept through every dinner we had with this combination and the shade was also helpful at protecting him from nighttime winds. I just kept either the top zip or a small section of the side zip open to keep an eye on him. I haven’t used this on my main pram but it fits great on my travel pushchair - the maxi cosi Lara 2.
