The media could not be loaded.  Being a regular bread baker, this bread knife came in really handy to me.It was a highly quintessential tool for my kitchen.I have tried every kind of knife before it just so I could avoid buying a bread knife but cheers for the day I made up my mind for this little piece of wonder.Now, my breads are happy and bread eaters are happier as the bread can now be sliced into perfect slices, thanks to this decent product.I absolutely love how this knife cuts through the bread like a charm, yields precision cutting every time.Highly recommended especially at such an affordable price. Received this knife quickly and in pristine condition. I have made this new knife, " my cheese knife " .This knife is the same brand and the well constructed paring knife that I bought last week. This knifeis solid built and is most diffidently made of quality materials.This knife is heavy enough to cut thick or thin slices from a BIG block of cheese. Glides right throughthe cheese block with comfort and ease. It may be just a tad bigger than it looks on the sellers page.Although, it is described a 7 inch knife. It is just the right size for about any type of slicing or dicing.I would safely say that this knife would be a " top of the liner " on melons of various types. I can surlysay that its a natural on cheese cutting and slicing. DON'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS KNIFE.After using and seeing this product, I surely say the price is in line because of the quality and performanceof this knife...

This is a superior quality knife. Heavy on comfort and thick hand grip. I would think better for a larger hand to hold handle grip would be best. This knife could withstand a bomb and come out shining.The vendor and shipping was impeccable, arrived in pristine condition from the seller and is a great quality product.I had to order this knife to help me with some end stage health issues.I wanted a light knife super sharp, and items to not stick.I graduated chef school, but am in the end stages of C now, so need a knife to pick up some work for me.I am wondering ,,,, states food does not stick, but all my food Stuck. I mean all. Vegetables was my main cutting dicing things. Did not matter what, cold, semi frozen. Vegetables , like I mentioned, it all stuck. and not some stragglers but,it all stuck.I have not had a Santoku knife before. I am disappointed I am too late to return.So does anyone have user advice about the how to's,, of the not sticking works?I we be looking in reviews or seller reply.Thank you ,, but I do recommend this knife.

This is what I was looking for to replace my old Santoku knife. This knife is super. The blade is just the right length and the handle is super nice with a silicon grip it stays in your hand and DOESN'T move. I have been using this non-stop and is now my go-to to chop, mince, dice & cut. I love it it to cut up pork, slices through chicken like butter and meat is no problem. Trust me I love this Knife. It's not flimsy in the least.

This is a well build decent paring knife for the price. I've been using it for close to a week. It's too early totell how it's going to hold an edge. It came razor sharp and cuts well, with ease. It appears that it is ahigh carbon steel knife.My personal belief, it's just a couple of dollars overpriced. However, it is decent quality for twelve dollars.If it holds an edge for a fair amount of time it will be worth the price, I WILL let you know. If it doesn't have tobe sharpened too often ( holding an edge ), I will buy another one. It is the perfect size for peeling fruitsand vegetables, slicing cheese etc... it is also comfortable to use...12-11-18I believe this knife is going to be a long time useable quality knife. I just ordered the 7 inch commercialknife. I factually know this is a quality made knife...

It's a workhorse. Not super quality, but it'll hold an edge and rock nicely. Handle has quiet a bit of heft to it, which you may or may not like. For the price, I wouldn't consider any other knife. About the same price as a cheap Walmart knife, but it is very stable and cuts smoothly, sharper, but also safer and more controllable.I've had it rolling around in my drawer for a while, and haven't had to sharpen it for the five months I've had it. I'm assuming it should hold up reasonably well under heavy use too.

This is a good value. I read some reviews that mentioned corrosion after using but I have not seen that. It is a nice thick blade that I was able to get sharp pretty quickly and keep sharp with just a small bit of maintenance. My only criticism is that I wish the blade was not sharp at the very back. It is way too easy to get cut.

Very happy with this knife, which we use for kitchen and cooking needs. It's built to be a medium-sized utility knife, so I suppose it could be used for all kinds of needs (e.g., cutting string or cardboard), but it works very well for any cooking task to which we've assigned it so far. Seems like a well-made product, with sharp, fine-grained serration, not larger grain (for lack of a better term; I don't know knife terminology). We have other Hoffritz knives that have lasted for decades and I suspect that this one will, too.

I’ll be honest, I had some reservations about buying this knife. The price was cheap and the handle is plastic but I thought “whatever. If it’s no good it’s no big deal” when I received it I saw how well it works and how comfortable the grip is. The blade is really sharp. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase.
