Unit arrived safely. Opened the box, inserted sim, fired it up and had decent speeds (40d/20u) for about 30 minutes and then it slowed to a crawl.... Contacted seller via support; he was "helpful" until I informed him that T-Mobile identified it as a modem and throttled it down to Kbps....Unit will only work with a Hotpot plan; not as advertised with a Talk, Text & Data plan (One or One+ Plan Does NOT connect at LTE speed)........Returned for Refund

Great router for small business that need a cellular connection option.
The router does what expected. I was looking for a router I could use to connect my business equipment using my Tmobile service. The set up was pretty much straight forward, I just inserted my sim card and started it and I was able to connect right away. The range seems really good since my office is fairly large with lots of walls and everything connects really well. The router is physically small, I thought it would be larger ,but its seems really heavy duty with the case being made of metal and of quality construction.

Works perfectly with T-mobile. Ordered a SIM card from T-mobile, received it the next day, installed it and running great. .Getting 40Mbps/20Mbps. with 5 bars. Interface is weak and would prefer dB reading rather than bars to allow fine-tuning of device placement however I have not seen anything like this close to this pricing.

Seemed like a return. Missing pieces.
Product seems to be plug n play with my T-Mobile SIM card. Only received 3 of the 4 antennas in the box. Box definite seemed tinhave been a return. Inner box was open and no components were wrapped. How donInget my missing antenna?

It was very easy to set up and it works great
I purchased this router to replace my satellite service provider. I live in a rural area with no broadband cable options but do have a few cellphone towers in proximity. It was very easy to set up and it works great. I am getting about 50mbps download and about 30mbps upload which is much better than current service. I am really happy with my router!
