Bhagavad Gita (pocket)

I am so happy with this little gem, because it is so small, I can carry it around with me, wherever I go. The translation itself is very very good, in that it is accurate and simple. It does not add any ambiguity that could mislead the reader. Although it contains no sanskrit or transliteration. It is nice to be able to simply read the Gita chapter by chapter without onerous commentary. It almost reads like a novel. A gem.

Studying sanskrit one can go further in this text, because the form (gramatical) and the content give parallel clues and thus lead to wider understanding of everyday life, as well as of life in the abstract sense of the word
