I personally cast these from the actual pill. The pendant is approximately 1/2 inch (15 mm) long (not including the jump ring) and 3/8 inch (5 mm) wide. You choose whether you'd like yours bright and shiny, or lightly oxidized. The pendant is attached to a sterling silver chain of your choice (see the two options).
