Works well. Mine works ok with gasoline.
Mine works fine with gasoline. My only issue is they do not “hug” the twist spout or cap so it easily slips off when unscrewing the cap or spout. Just slip it back in and hold it in place until you seat the screw in part of the jerry can spout or cap. I have antique jerry cans at least 50 years old so that may have something to do with it.

Don’t use with gasoline.
Not for use with gasoline. Rubber swells when it contacts gasoline. Diesel is okay.

It fits
Perfect fit for 5 gallon Jerry can,but youWill need to punch a small hole in it toAccommodate the vent hole on the can.

Swells!
Been using this for over 2 months now. I also bought a spout for it from another seller and their gasket is far superior. Outer diameter on these is too large and these swelled quite a bit and now it’s barely sealing. Will try to find another seller next time when I need more of these

JUNK. DO NOT BUY!!!
These aren’t proper replacements. I’ve installed them onto original USGI cans and then put gas in them. The gaskets have already swelled and won’t keep shape, I’ve had to put the originals back on just to keep them sealed. These leak gas and there is seapage after a drive from sloshing. Very disappointed and will not buy again. KEEP THE ORIGINALS ON YOUR CANS. THEY ARE BETTER THAN THIS JUNK BEING SOLD

Gaskets
Gaskets were exactly what I wanted and worked great.

Do not buy for gasoline
These are useless for gas cans. They imediatly got soft and swelled up. I gave one star because it wouldn't let me submit unless I did so. Again "Useless"
