I have this pan. It's primary use is for pizza. When I heat the oven I have the pan heating right along with it, before sliding the dough into it, I pull the oven rack out throw some butter in the pan and swirl it around quickly with a paper towel, then slide the dough right into the pan. it imparts great flavor to the pizza crust and the bottom cooks up nicely, after a few minutes to where I think it is in the home stretch I bring it up under the broiler to finish cooking.I would recommend to a friend in a heart beat!

Used for the first time this weekend and was not disappointed! Seasoning was easy, used flax seed oil and heated to 500° for 1 hour, resulted in a nice even seasoning all over. Tried homemade pizza this weekend and the crust was incredible! So much better than on the "stone". I let the pan warm up in the oven for 1 hour at 500°, then slid the pie into it using a wooden peel, cooked for 20min at 475°, rotating 180° halfway through. Crust was so crispy and perfect, and no doughy spots in the middle. I wish I had bought this years ago!

We make our homemade pizza all the time and the time for company. It can be use on the grill or in the oven and was very Great price. Thinking of buying another one to have on hand.

The product dimensions were accurate and it arrived quickly thanks to Amazon. Sadly, the quality of this pan did not meet my expectations for what it costs. The finish is very rough with many bumps and imperfections. In addition to pizzas in the oven, I was planning on using it as a skillet on my electric cooktop. However, the bottom of this pan is nowhere near flat. Only a very small portion of the middle of the pan actually touches the cooking surface while ~80% of the pan doesn't even make contact. I will be returning it to my nearest Amazon dropoff location.
