This is such an improvement on my manual metal Thermometer as the results are quick and easy to read and accurate. The slim shape makes it easy to store and a bonus is that it gives fahrenheit as well as centigrade. Having a bright colour choice makes it easy to find in a drawer.

using for cooking - just what I needed

The BOMATA Waterproof IPX7 Thermometer is a handy tool, in my case, for quickly checking bottle and formula temperatures, and I find it works well for everyday use. It’s accurate enough, easy to clean, sleek design and simple to handle. That said, the display could be brighter for low-light situations, and the response time isn’t the fastest compared to some higher-end thermometers, which might matter if you’re juggling a hungry baby. Overall, it’s reliable enough for what I need. I like using this thermometer because it never loses its temper.. unlike me at 3 a.m. feedings!

Mine doesn't work over an induction hub. When the hub is on, the display goes completely haywire, rapidly changing readings and switching between C and F. Maybe electronic temperature devices are no use on an induction hub.

This came very quickly and also gives very fast reading. I was contemplating on getting it or the gun type that uses infrared, I'm happy I settled with this. It will definitely be a game changer and time saving tool for me.
