This is a good guide for beginners. I had no clue what the the Wiccan religion was really all about before I read this book. It was very interesting, concise, and clear. This essential guide contains well laid out introductory information, but left me wanting more. I found it to be a short read, and feel some things could be expanded upon. All in all, I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to learn about Wiccan witchcraft, and even get their feet wet in practicing some spells.

My friend who is a believer of the Wiccan tradition introduced me this book. I purchased this book because I was curious on the witchcraft practice. I was not thinking on getting involved into this but this book intrigued me a lot. Amazing, not a special power to have it as I thought, but anyone can do it himself for a better outcome.Everyone dreams to be wealthy in life. So why not study and practice the spells!

Interesting read on this somewhat taboo topic. The author explains what Wicca is not, which many people have misconceived ideas of this way of life. He then continues to share each layer of Wicca from the origin, the focus, ethics, and traditions. This book is great for anyone who wants to know more in depth about Witchcraft and Wicca from a learning perspective or out of pure interest of adapting to this way of living.

I got this book for my teenager who is interested in alternate religions and philosophies. How Wicca compares to other religions is covered, as are the elements of Wiccan rituals. The book also discusses the guiding principles of this belief and lists some simple spells. Overall it’s a good introduction if you’re interested in the practice of Wicca, whether to follow it yourself or just to become more informed.

After much deliberation I decided to pick this book up. I have always wondered what the big fuss was all about. I can now see why. This book has powerful content and should be handled with care. I would recommend severe caution to new beginners, but this book will give an introduction in to Wiccan beliefs, they're rituals, magic and spells.

I received this book for free in return for my opinion. I have long wondered about Wicca and what it is. I believe in the Spirit of all things and cannot stand for humans or animals to come to harm, especially by my hand. Wicca does not really go against my religious upbringing except for the fact that there is only one way to worship. This little book answered a lot of my questions. I enjoyed the read and it was easy to understand. Thanks for clearing up what is and is not Wiccan.

I loved this book! Written in a simple, easy to follow style, Ray Wesker helps beginners understand the all basic concepts of Wicca. He even includes instruction on basic spells. If you are Wiccan, I think this would also be a great way to introduce your religion to other non-Wiccans who profess an interest. As it is, use it to find out how to start, then find more advanced books to further your studies.

Interesting Read

A well-written book about wicca, something i enjoyed reading very much. If you're new to wicca, you will appreciate the layout, as it's structured in a way that makes everything easy to learn. I've always been fascinated with the unknown, and have definitely learned a few things about wicca i never knew before. Also, i want to add, if you are new to the scene, don't be afraid to play around (playing is the keyword). All of this is good fun!

Short and informative contains some good info and reference points although i did notice at least 2 type errors. Enjoyed it thanks
