Very small easy to swallow caps that pack allot of Hyaluronic Acid
I like the small easy to swallow caps. You only need 2 caps per day too. If you want to add Hyaluronic Acid to your diet this is a good choice For the price these are hard to beat. I use them everyday.

Affordable
Unless you literally test this at a lab, there's no way of knowing what's in it. However, it seems fine. I have no way of knowing if it's working, so I will review the parameters I CAN review:Flavor: I don't feel any flavor to it, but then I'm not literally licking these.Easy to Swallow: Since these are very easy to swallow, that's why they haven't been in my mouth long enough for me to taste them. They are small see-through capsules with white powder inside.Overall, I have to take this supplement, so if needed, I will buy this again.

This strong dosage means less pill/capsule count for me !
I got this because I take HA ( Hyaluronic Acid) for my skin and my joints and my eyes and whatever else my body so chooses to use it for. I have been a supporter of oral HA for a long time after the studies clearly showed IMO topical HA does not do well. In fact more recent studies have claimed that due to the evaporation process one may be worse than they started after applying topical HA. Interestingly a quick search on Amazon shows over 3000 topical HA products. Now truth be known when HA was changed to hydrolyzed meaning that it would be small enough to get into the skin I was all over it and reviewed it with praises. But then the studies showed it was not going deep enough and/or not doing much. Thankfully we now have oral HA which studies have shown is very bioavailable and the body does use it.Now the most recent studies have indicated that after about 170 mgs we do not get any more benefit from HA with a daily dose. So with these being 125 mgs each capsule we are good with only two capsules. And actually we would have 45 mgs left over that just maybe our body might use too. I for this reason take my HA in the early morning and before bed to stretch out the time so hopefully more gets used. Now I mentioned benefits and IMO with HA it works more so as a preventative and a helper. It's a pretty concept to understand dry skin and joints are not going to end well ! They both require the moisture that HA provides ( eyes too). It has been said that HA is like the glue that holds it all together with skin. So that's where we see preventative. We do not want the effects that come from excessive dryness. Now as far a helper it is a very important part of the bodies building process for skin and joints as well as other organs. Without it the attempt would suffer if not fail all together. Especially with collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM supplements IMO. Now it could be argued well I can make enough HA from my diet. And while yes that might be true as we get older we make less HA and that becomes more difficult. I personally can attest that my skin care and joint care works better and faster with HA. Its not fast by any means already and like watching cactuses grow but try without HA and time seems forever waiting on results IMO.Now I do not give a supplement 5 stars unless it is third party lab tested in the US or a country with regulated oversight. We see in the supplement facts it stated 'Lab tested. In the "about this item" it states "Third Party lab Tested". The good news is this is Third Party Lab Tested in the USA. This is the most important aspect of as supplement I look for ! In that test not only was heavy metals and toxins tested but it was also tested for mg weight and was tested less than one month ago ! I'm definitely all 5 stars on that. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Good Luck and Hope this was Helpful !

As always, consult your doctor
I ordered these in February 2024 and the bottle came double-safety-sealed with an expiration date of January 2026. The label claims they are made in a GMP facility and 3rd party tested, with a long list of the things they don't contain: non-gmo, soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, nut-free, sugar-free, shellfish-free, egg-free, fish-free, yeast-free, and filler-free.I have taken the whole bottle without any unpleasant side effects. I was interested to try this after reading a laudatory article from the Cleveland Clinic. For $15 for a six-month supply, this seems quite reasonable. As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

Questionable if it’s working
Now there have been some studies showing the benefits of taking hyaluronic acid orally as opposed to putting it on your skin and that it may be more beneficial. I personally have used many different hyaluronic acid products on my skin and have never ever seen a difference, in fact, some of them have made my skin worse. Thus, I turned to this product to try out the theory of hyaluronic acid having a better effect on your body and aging process from within. But i cannot say with any certainty that this is doing anything at all.One of the reasons may be that I change up my skin routine from time to time and try different products to try to figure out what is working best for my skin. And unless you’ve been on the same exact skin regiment for at least a year and then the only thing that you have added to your diet or skincare is this supplement Then it’s going to be really hard to figure out what this is doing. So you could be taking this and it’s helping, or it could be a placebo effect, or it could be doing absolutely nothing at all, not to mention that vitamins and supplements are not regulated by the FDA so no one has to be honest about what’s actually in these products. Basically they write whatever they want on the label and half the time it’s not true. The best I can say is that they are easy to swallow, don’t taste bad, and I haven’t had any negative side effects that I can tell. But I cannot attest to the quality of this product and I certainly don’t think it’s doing anything for pain relief but I don’t have joint problems just back problems and my back problems have been Worse lately, so this stuff certainly isn’t helping that. And I really don’t think it’s doing anything for my hair.So could I recommend this? Probably not. I mean, depending on what you think is a reasonable price perhaps it’s worth a try? I’m kind of on the fence.
