I was looking for a quality, compact tool, this is a cheap toy.It is aprox. 17 inches long and aluminum. The handle is detachable but the threads are stripped.The carrying case zipper does not close.The images make it look much more substantial.I couldn't even recommend this for digging in the sand at the beach, what a piece of c**p.And even with prime it took 16 days to arrive.I suggest that this product be avoided at all cost and that you look for something / anything with quality.
