Best for babies & younger toddlers
I order this hat for my almost three and a half year old. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality- it's soft, thick, and cozy. Problem was, when I tried to put it on my toddler, it was way too tight. The length was fine, we even had to fold it up at the bottom, but it was very snug, and seems like it would be best on a baby or toddler under age three maybe. The quality is great, the sizing is on the smaller side.

Very stretchy
Cute hate but the color is more of a neon, greenish yellow... Not a bright yellow like the photo. I used it as a base and covered it with fabric

LOVE! Stretchy and comfortable
I LOVE this. I used it for a halloween costume for my baby and it was perfectly cozy and comfy for him and it’s stretchy so it fit his head perfectly. I’ll be buying another one for regular everyday use.

Toddler hat, not infant
More of a toddler sized hat than infant. My little peanut headed baby needs to grow into this. Nice soft fabric though. I can roll it a little and make it fit more snugly.
