My fault, I should have read the. Reviews before I bought this
Totally bad design on this.the adjustment straps are in the back, so there's no way you can do this by yourself. You basically have to get somebody else to adjust the back. And then it rides up on your neck and rides up under your armpits and makes it very uncomfortable. Definitely doing a return on this one.

Poor fit and painful to wear
Too small for larger guys. Puts undue pressure on cervical spine. Strap between arm loops too short. Painful to wear

Needs to be worn over clothing!
If you wear this posture corrector over clothing it can be worn. I was wanting to wear mine under my uniform. I work in extreme heat so I do not want to wear any extra clothing. So this style of brace doesn't work for me.

Good for neck or back pain
Very good quality belt and velcro. It is for those who have some kind of neck or back pain or Spondylitis . My wife is using it since last 3-4 days and she got relief in neck pain with this. This belt is very compact in size , you can wear it around the home/office/market anywhere..

Need to be bigger sizes
It didn’t fit me maybe sizes need to go a couple of size bigger. I have posted them back for a refund
