I took it and I find it perfect. At 20 ounces capacity
I originally got this for my mother but she found it was too small for her purposes. I took it and I find it perfect. At 20 ounces capacity, it holds all the coffee I can drink in the morning. I would not recommend filling it to the 20 oz mark. Rather do as I do and feeling only to the 16 oz mark. It comes with a straw and a brush for the straw. Nice touch. Unfortunately by the time I realized it, I had already bent it. No matter and I really don't use the straw anyway. It's a good quality item with a removable handle and a pop on lid

The flap on the spill proof lid will not open far enough and will hit your nose when you drink from this cup.
Seems to be a nice cup but the snap in closure on the spill proof lid, which was the sole feature that made me choose this particular item, does not open far enough to prevent getting hit in the nose with it every time you sip from the cup. Also the brush that was included to clean the straw is half the length of the straw. So if the brush is used, one is forced to push dirt and germs down into the middle of the straw rather than being able to completely clean it. I was a bit disappointed and would not purchase this item in the future, nor would I recommend to anyone else.

This is a nice cup. Good quality. The handle has a strange angle, but usable.Having the choice of 2 tops was very nice and the straw and cleaning brush is nice also. All things considered, a good product.

Good cup - bad straw
It does keep my cold brew ice coffee cold, I just don't like the metal straw. I am so afraid I'll chip a tooth or something, especially in the car. When I UBER or have a drink at my desk I'm okay with the straw, still I'd like a plastic one better.

Really nice set
I gave this set as a gift, so I can't say how it works. But it was really nice looking. All of it looked very high quality, and they loved that it had the metal straw and a removable handle.

Keeps the cold cold
Omg this product def keeps my smoothies cold! Didn’t wait 12 hours but 5 hours later and my smoothie was as if it had just come out of the blender!!
