If you want to learn what hypnosis and hypnotherapy are and how to create your own hypnosis scripts to deal with your own problems then this is the book for you.Be aware that hypnosis for change is a tool used by therapists, if you want to instigate real change then you must first understand the reasons for your problems, this is often something that is only possible through a third party perspective.Whatever you do with this book, don't expect it to give you any greater understanding of yourself.
