I brought this camera to help me monitor my husband who has dementia it works really good and I can talk to him through the camera because he doesn't answer the phone so if you have a elder love one this is really great when you can't afford a sitter

The first one arrived with issues. They sent another one. The microphone is not good at all. The sound has to be loud in order for it to pick it up. I don't know why but my password is no longer working. I then send to change the password and the verification code never arrives. I try to reset it many times but the verification code has never arrived. Avoid this garbage. You're better off paying more money for something that'll work.

It has worked for what I needed, except that when you call from the camera my phone never rings and from the phone the camera doesn't ring either, so communication through the camera is difficult, but the camera's speaker works well, you can talk and they hear you well, the image is perfect, it rotates very well, it notifies you if it detects movement, the sound is good.

I have this product for a year now. I am an international buyer and I do not have the option to review a product before. I'm glad I have this now. Camera is clear, it just sometimes, loses it's connection. But it really helps us specially with a little one at home. We need to know everything that's happening. I also love the app, its very user friendly. This one is also easy to set-up, only took us 10-15,minutes

It’s bad didn’t even last and expensive, they don’t deliver the same and until now I didn’t get my refund since they get product returned feb 8 it’s already march 4 and no customer service to talk about the status it’s become bad now the amazon
