Yes,it was worth buying twice - three times,in fact with the purchase of this expanded CD version.Purple tracks included on it were Smoke...which no one really needs to hear again,surely? and the more (at the time) rare and obscure,personal fave When A Blind Man Cries.The other material?There's rockin' and rollin' from Hard Stuff and Silverhead,the Wild Horses era Stonesy Gold Medallions by Tucky Buzzard(probably due to the involvement of Bill Wyman,)a decent cover of I Can't Explain and the lovely Hawaii by Ian 'Jesus Christ Superstar' Gillan's ex - sort of - Yvonne 'Mary Magdelane' Elliman - produced by Pete Townsend - some nice acoustic pickin' on Buddy Bohn's Vermouth Rondo and my three favourites:Celebration by Tony Ashton and Jon Lord (official Legend - R.I.P) - a taste of things to come,Clouds In My Hair - on the odd side of things,by Muldoon - who a certain Madge took an interest in circa Ray Of Light,and my absolute fave track on here,Hamburgers - a non album single track by Rupert Hine - sort of like Kevin Ayers,sort of cool.The one remaining track - Look Out Cleveland - if you like Linda Rondstat, you might like this.I can't mention the bonus tracks as the CD has not yet arrived - except for the last track.Well you don't expect it to be any good do you? But if you're a Who fan you just have to have it.Don't you?It's a shame there's no track from Elf on here for whatever reason,but for this price,it's worth checking out.Recommended.
