Great device!!
I watched youtube videos on how to use this product. I honestly feel bad for people that complains about how it didn't work on them. I used this device when I have a sheet mask on and it worked so well. This is my first try and this device gave me a immediate result. I highly recommend you to do a little reasearch before using this product on your face. It really works!

DOES NOT WORK. SELLER IS NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT AND ASKS "WHAT PRODUCT I USED WITH IT?" IT DOESN"T WORK IN THE TECHNICAL SENSE IT WILL NOT EMIT OR TURN ON. NOT THAT IT DOESN"T WORK IN THE ANTI WRINKLE SENSE. I CANNOT GET IT TO TURN ON OR EMIT THE LED LIGHT.FRUSTRATING COMMUNICATION- I GUESS BECAUSE IT IS COMING FROM JAPAN

Despite the product was not working due to the manufacturing issues, the customer service is really nice and send me a new one right after. Hope the new one will be good and the product is do works really well, my skin feels smooth and firm after the first try. Love it!
