Broken - Twice
We ordered a bin and it arrived (very promptly) but it had a big hole in the bottom. We put in a claim for a replacement which also arrived (very promptly). The second bin was also broken, but this time it was the swing lid on the top. Fortunately we had a working top half from the first one and working bottom half from the second, so we have one fully functioning bin, but it's not really very good.

Fantastic quality, lost count of how many touch lid bins I've had and they have broke. Quite big so ideal for a family but too big for a single person's bin.
