Perfect for me
I don’t do Pilates but needed this to try and firm up pelvic floor muscles, I have MS and find this easy to use for my needs, although it’s probably not being used to it’s full potential I have found it very useful, It has been utilised most days for a year so I would recommend for cost and sturdiness.

Excellent product
Great for upper and lower muscles you can do sat on the sofa! I’m over 60 and find it’s amazing! My husband is now using it and we’re taking it on holiday with us! Very useful!

Bit flimsy
The rings we use at Pilates feel a lot stronger than this and have more resistance. This is flimsy but I guess OK - I just do more repeats!

Was a bit worried about this product due to the price but was pleasantly surprised Just as good as the dearer ones in my pilates class and delivery was quick too If is a robust ring in a soft covering very pleased
