Beautiful product but cannot bold with ring hand and does not wear well
-Have received exceptional customer service since contacting the seller. I have been told this was a one-off fault, and I have to say the replacement I received as worn very well with use -and no sign of peeling! Product is gorgeous, I would gift to a friend. The only issue I have with the mug is that you can’t hold it with your ring hand and see the text, but cannot fault the product otherwise -Really disappointed in this product. It’s gorgeous but after being used just once and washed in warm water, with no sponge rubbed on the mug’s exterior the text on the mug (which appears to be nothing’s more than a sticker) has began to peel off and is already illegible.It took longer than stated to arrive which I didn’t mind as thankfully I didn’t need it immediately, but might be a problem for someone buying it as a gift.I imagine many people buy this as a gift for the bride to be and I would not feel comfortable gifting someone this product after my own experience of it.*edit* been so careful with this second mug, has only even been hadnwashed, and the lettering is peeling off again. So disappointed with this product, the price is too high for the low quality.
