I wanted to make a hanger for a potted plant to be hung from my balcony ceiling. Knowing it would be subjected to strong winds at times, water, and sun, I wanted to make the hanger out of a very strong material. This webbing is nylon and is very sturdy. It is also available in 1/2" width, which is what I wanted to use for my hanger. So this webbing fills the bill to a T for what I needed and it didn't cost an arm and a leg either.

Use it to make extra long dog leashes. My 100 lb Akita has chewed on it while playing, and even though she eventually will chew through it, it takes quite a beating before I have to make a new one. Not affected by getting wet, dirt doesn't seem to stick to it, and has yet to see any color "bleaching" after exposure to sun and moisture.

I purchased this to use with securing the sides of a very large rectangle shade sale. It is perfect for doing so however I was not able to find a buckle that was just 1/2 inch.

Swapped out the black webbing on a harness for a Power Wheels. Looks fantastic! The width was exactly 1" and the thickness was just right to fit snugly in the clasps.
