This child's behind the ear hearing aid safety retainer comes in 4 different designs, it has two ends (one for each ear) with a rubber loop which attaches around the aid. The round metal clip lifts to open the crocodile clip underneath, it closes shut onto your child's clothing at the back of the neck keeping the hearing aid attached to the cord in the event that the hearing aid falls off.
