I purchased this item after an extended arm lift (incision through the armpit) to absorb sweat since I was unable to wear deodorant. It has built-in armpit pads that are thick and the armholes on the small-side (think Asian sizing here). The seams are crooked and poorly sewn. It is not holding up well to daily wear, BUT... it is serving the purpose I purchased for and I am getting more than what I paid for here. I did not purchase it thinking I was going to get a high-quality item. The fabric is not breathable, but it stretches. Shipping took more than three weeks.
