I can't complain - easily the easiest to work with , and the tastiest form of fat for pies and dumplings

It's rendered beef fat with flour added
I don't really see the point of this product. It is beef fat premixed with flour. I managed to find real raw suet from a local butcher and which I keep in the freezer.
