This is just adorable, great for the office, simple to use and works perfectly.My only issue is that i can't make whether it came in broken or someone in my office let it fall to the carpeted floor. But it has a crack, water is leaking and I can't use it... I'm so disappointed because this is just perfect. i will try to get a new one whenever I get the chance. :(Update:This seller has a full commitment towards customer satisfaction. They sent me a second one as a replacement, had the same issue with it and they offered me a second replacement with a different style, because they care and want to make sure I am happy with their product. I work in customer service and can appreciate when someone tries to do right by me. This is why I gave them 5 stars. Because they worked with me and took care of me. The new one is great! The first one I still insist is adorable and the cutest thing you will ever buy!! i might have just gotten a bad batch but doesn't mean it will happen to you. Give them a chance! You won't regret it. :)

I loved this diffuser, and was so excited to use it... until it broke on me. Twice.Neither time had this diffuser been dropped or mishandled in any way. Within a few days of use, the inner compartment where you put water and an oil began to crack. Then, it leaked into the bottom compartment, with the cute bunny and landscape, which was the last part to break open.After returning the first one and receiving a replacement, I decided to change my habits with this item to see if that would affect its durability. So, I only moved it when I needed to add water, gave it a lot of open space, and turned it off when I wasn’t in the room I had it in. Lo and behold, the second succumbed to the same fate as the first.I returned the second one, too, but the refund wasn’t enough to cover my large sense of sadness and disappointment from the hole left in my life by this very adorable item.

**UPDATE**After my review the company sent me a new differswe right away! Which was awesome. I have not had any issues with my second one! 👏👏 Fingers crossed it stays working as good as it is now!Thanks Ohderii!.......................................This is adorable and came in perfect condition. The pros are it worked great, it was the perfect Night light for my daughter. Cons is it condensates and left a steam in the bottom half and you can’t open it up to dry it out. The bowl part where you put the water also cracked after about a month.. if it was a little harder plastic it would have been 5 stars for sure.

It is very cute but does not hold a lot of water. I use it for 8 hours while at work and have to refill it about 5 hours in. It does put out a lot of mist and the night light feature is cute, although I don't use it at night.

It’s realy cute, doesn’t work as well as a essential oils diffuser as I would have liked but does the job okay for the price point, it’s been working without problems so far and I’ve had it for a couple of months

I ordered this for my desk at work and everyone who stops by raves about how cute it is. It helps to combat my winter dryness, especially with the heat constantly blaring. The o-ring seal on my first model broke. I am not sure if it was defective or user error. I contacted the seller to ask if they could send me a new o-ring and they sent me an entirely new diffuser instead! Could not be happier with both the product and the customer service.

this diffuser is cute but when I got it the landscape items were loose in the bottom. I can not get the bottom off to place the items. So they are just laying there and not cute anymore! disappointed!

I've had this for nearly a month now. I use it at my office desk. I do keep it plugged in, even though you don't need to. All the levels work. 1 touch for 4 hours and 2 for 8 hours. Hold and tap for puffs. I've even used oils in it and it's doing great. At least 2-4 drops of oil has lasted 3-4 refills. Love it.
