Outstanding
There is so much quality information in this book that it is a worthy and important investment for anyone studying Vinyasa Yoga. It is succinct and completely comprehensive; I feel like I will use this book for the rest of my life. Read it, Practice, then repeat!I am going to keep this review short because if you are even toying with the idea of buying this book: just do it.

Good book but I didn't find it too helpful, as a new yoga instructor I was looking for better ways to create vinyasa flows with variations for beginners and this book takes a look at more advanced variations of postures ...

liked it, a very complete ref guide to authenic krishnamacharya
I have been studying vinasya krama , and find this book authoritative, and it lives up to its title. only downside is that the sequences are not summarised in a way that makes it easy to do a practice session from the book . A summary chart of practices would have been useful. That said the book is clearly a labour of love on the part of the author, and as with all yoga practice , a book merely supplements personal tutorials .

I am 20 years teaching Hatha Vinyasa and this book I go to for inspiration and to formulate my sequences. very comprehensive.

A flexible approach...
Not a lot needs to be added Beth's review (above) in my opinion. The book is a gem for anyone with an interest in the benefits of a yoga practice. It is full to the brim with inspiration and ideas at both an obvious and a subtle level. An excellent resource for practitioners of any level of proficiency.
