Good combination!
I would never have thought of combining fig and tamarind -- and was curious. And I loved it. I use it as a chutney more than a jam. Tastes great with anything that requires a dip - like samosas.

Tamarind fig jam!
The jam is delicious, but thinner than jam, more like a spread.However, one of the bottles was a gift and recipient said the bottle was opened, therefore unusable.
