This is a fantastic case that is very high quality, I really like the suede feel to the outer covering. The velcro bag for the controllers is good too.As for the head-strap, it took has been great. The battery lasts quite long and I like the fact the hinges allows it to be bent so you can clamp it more to the top of your head rather than the back. This is good if you want to lay back to watch a movie!Totally recommend both items!

Any other reviews may not be for this product and should be read first before purchase for clarification.7th February 2024.This is my final review, I noticed that the manufacturer Aubika is closed for Chinese New Year and therefore may not be able to reply to my support email until mid-month.The Meta Quest 3 Headset was ordered and delivered fine and actually arrived a day early on February 1st (instead of the 2nd), I wanted to get the official Meta Elite Strap and Battery, but saw this one was £89.99 and came with a case, and also if I ordered it in the morning it would be delivered by 10pm the same evening. It was delivered fine and was easy to attach to the Meta Quest 3 and charge.Removing the existing strap and clipping these on along with the rear headpiece is easy, and the strap over the head is not hard either. The unit has a small press button on the top rear of the headpiece and 4 LEDS to indicate the charge. Once the cable is plugged into the Quest 3 power socket, and then the headset turned on, you just press the small rear button to power up the battery, and the Quest detects it fine. If you press the rear button twice when not connected to the charger, the LEDS go off and it will save the battery charge (or can be plugged in to charge it seperately).It was all working fine up to the 6th February 2024, however now it won't charge at all even independently (with no connection to the Quest 3), one LED continuously flashes and it never moves to the second.I have tried all scenarios, but the battery is not holding any charge and refuses to charge seperately, so I suspect the charging board in the back of the headset is caput.I emailed AUBIKA as soon as this happened, but they are closed for Chinese New Year, I contacted Amazon over this, they agreed to refund me in the form of a gift voucher, as I had already paid off my c/card, so didn't want the money refunded to this.I notiiced on their own web site, there are 3 reviews (November 27th, January 8th and January 24th) and the two from January 2024, have both complained it won't charge, the defective item was dropped to the courier on the 7th, and the gift voucher was applied within 2 hours, I have now purchased the official one from Meta which is due to be delivered Monday 12th.

This case is the perfect fit for the Quest 2 headset with the Kiwi 6400mah elite head strap, which is another excellent product. The case securely supports the Quest 2 in the pre-moulded interior. The case will probably need to a changed if a different VR headset is bought later as an upgrade, the case seems to be specifically designed for the Quest 2. Can't beat it for a penny short of 20 quid

Bought to keep our vr headset safe when not in use. This does the job. It fits the extra battery pack too which is a bonus so we don't have to unattach it everytime.Great quality. Very happy.

Ordered 2 for the spouse and I. Unfortunately only 1 headstrap arrived with the 2 carrying cases. Immediately got in contact with Aubika customer service and within 5 mins they shipped a headstrap to complete the order. Representative was polite and cordial. The Headstrap/battery pack is well made and very comfortable to wear. So far no issues with the product.

Das Case sieht wie ich finde super aus und auch der Stoff fühlt sich gut an.Die Tasche oben für zb das Ladekabel und auch die eigene Tasche für die Sticks mit Klet sind gut gelöst.Der akku ladet tatsächlich die Quest wärend der Nutzung auf auch wenn es nur schwach ist aber viele andere schaffen das garnicht.Es sitzt bequem am Kopf und auch das Feststellen sowie aufsetzten sind Kinderleicht.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung

Good points:Comfortable headset, I could wear it for a long time without feeling pressure on the head. It was well-balanced. The strap was easy to adjust and felt sturdy.Nice case, quite sturdy and strong enough to protect, but shame no holders for controllers so they would slide around inside the case, though they did supply a bag with it. Not sure why they didn't make a holder for the controllers.Not so good points:Battery was appalling. I am not sure if i received a dud one but it seems other reviews also showed battery issues:Battery took a long time to charge - after about 2 hours charging still showed little to no charge. I had to leave it overnight to fully charge.When fully charged can only supply charge for about 2hours.When pressed once to charge the Quest 3 it came on for a short while then it turned itself off, so I had to keep pressing it now and then. Thus, if I left it alone it would not continue to charge. When it is plugged in it will charge the Q3 anyway, whether the button is pressed once or not, so if I didn't want to overcharge my Q3 I would have to disconnect it. If the unit is moved it can sometimes disconnect and stopped charging. It's a hassle to use.Unfortunately it is not functioning to what it was advertised, so I'd be returning it for a refund. Thought I bought a premium product, so quite disappointed having to look for another. I hate having to return purchases but I had no choice in this case. And I have to send it all the way to US (from Australia) and Amazon would only cover $24 delivery fee so I would be significantly out of pocket.
