DBMP. BMS (Don't Bring Me Problems. Bring Me Solutions)
Nothing but misery with this. It is advertised as a "Stand Alone" product, but it needed an attachment (not included), to function. Tried many times to get it to work but it absolutely DID NOT do what it was billed to do. It was intended as a Christmas present; however, after repeated calling to customer service, we just gave up and sent it back. Really brought a lot of frustration. Don't put out a product unless it enhances the user experience; this didn't.

Good product
very nice product with a fair price, came in excellent condition. unfortunately the duel touch version is not compatible with Linux Mint 18.4 so i had to return. But the seller was very responsive and kind.

Impossible to set up
Package included instructions for a different model, no external sources for item/setup instructions, called customer service and no one answered. Had to buy additional wires to make it display the screen, and the pen remained nonfunctional. The pen made a horrible scratching sound when sliding on the screen. Really frustrating experience... would not recommend.
