Just what I needed.

I have a Honeywell HE-120 humidifier which needs a new filter and drum. So when I entered this model number into the Amazon search bar it told me that #AO1-1722-018 was the proper replacement so I placed my order and when it came the outside of the box had this number on it "but" the contents had #AO4-1725-033 which is half the size of the product I need to fit on my HE-120 humidifier. So I returned the item and ordered it again thinking is was a boxing mistake but it was not and I wound up with same bad result and have to return it once again. This time I will look for a different source to purchase the product.

I now have a nice box of humidifier parts, but no way to assemble them. The assembly print that came with the parts shows two "Spring Retainers" that hold the whole assembly together. The parts are useless without the retainers. Can you please furnish same???? Thanks F. J. Read 4/18/19
