The insole is a little too soft for my arthritic knees; but it may break in well, I am not sure yet. The stitching and leather seem to be of high quality. A good boot for the money.

These boots fit very closely with the size advertised. The soul is pretty stiff, not overly flexible, which I prefer. I've read different reviews about these boots. My personal experience is, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and I will be buying them in multiple colors. If you're looking for comfort and quality, I would highly recommend these boots. There are also stylish. If you like Lugs or Timberland, do your feet & your wallet a Solid & add a pair of these boots to your wardrobe. I wore these boots right out the box and i walked for miles, without any discomfort. I'm sixty one years old, and i've tried lots of shoes, lots of sneakers and lots of boots. This was one of the first experiences that I've had with a pair of boots in wich I had no pain in my feet whatsoever. That's my personal take on it. You make your own decision.
