I had a small issue with the functional switch over, however tech support was easy to get a hold of and it was just a setting. This works perfect with my wireless headset base. It easily switches between my phone and computer

This product is straight forward. It works as advertised, and that's no surprise, (nor would that warrant any special, raving review). What does warrant a raving review is the customer service that Leitner provides throughout and after the sale. This is a company worth doing business with that truly values its customers and understands that the customer is what makes the business.

Allows us to answer the phone via the headset as needed without a manual lifter.

The mouthpiece is not adjustable. The sound quality sketchy. We’ve had ours for less than three months and we already have to replace them. Customers are always stating that they cannot hear us. They were very easy to install but the quality overall leaves almost everything to be desired. The distance for the signal is not adequate for our needs either. We have an indoor/outdoor shop and when we walk outdoors we lose calls.

Works like a charm.

Should be included with base IMOP, but works just like it's supposed to and eliminates need for handset lifter. Stellar post purchase service from Headsets.com reduces annoyance.

Made setting us the Leitner headset a a breeze with a Polycom vvx phone. Worth every penny.
