It arrived on time and a straightforward fitting, perfect replacement.

this is what happens when you want to change a washer nowadays. Valves have gone so tap is out of action until you get new ones. The critical part of this order was delivery and these arrived early next day. I even enjoyed watch ing the tracker blob on my Ipad as they inexorably drew nearer.

It was very straight forward fitting these cartridges and the tap is as good as new once more.

I bought these to cure a dripping tap. They certainly did that. Reason for only giving them 3 stars is that the design must have changed subtly since the taps were purchased, as screwing the handles on fully makes these very stiff to turn. I therefore had to slacken off the bolts slightly, but they are still noticeably stiffer than the previous cartridges. Not having much choice, I'll have to live with that.
