On the one hand I think the build quality is good, and the underlying functionality is there to be a very useful tool for all kinds of applications, not just streaming. On the other hand it is poorly supported and not intuitive enough. From plugin integrations to icon sets to documentation for use, it just feels rushed to market, which is a shame given that the device itself seems to be capable with tons of useful potential.For someone that is a casual user not steeped in creating macros, and doesn't have the time to spend endless hours to try and figure out all but the most obvious functions, the Ajazz StreamDock is going to be a frustrating experience. In my case I have a fair understanding of macros and it is still a frustrating experience. My greatest disappointment is the lack of documentation and resources to assist someone new to help with learning how to make the most out of the product. It's a bit of a sandbox device that is only limited by ones imagination for use cases and the understanding of how to implement those ideas. Unfortunately the documentation lets it down in this regard, and will likely cause many to dismiss it after very little use. I want to be able to rate it highly for its potential, and its build quality, but in the end I can't justify more than 3 stars.
