This chair is so nice. It can massage your neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, back, buttocks and more!! It also does shiatzu and heat massage. the chair can go to zero gravity. I would recommend this chair for anyone. Everyday I can't wait to use it!! I had some questions about the remote and Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My cushions had worn-out on my chair. The wonderful service team are sending new replacement cushions at no cost. These are wonderful products and the service is excellent. Not a better chair on the market.

It’s a life saver. This is my first massage chair. It works my sore feet and back. After I use it literally half my pain is gone. I’ve had it for a couple years now. The only problem I’ve had is one of the hoses came apart under the side panel. I used tiny zip ties to secure the hoses this time. I have to admit, I use it on high every time so I’m happy that’s the only problem so far. My only complaint is that most of the buttons on remote don’t light up. Makes it tough to use in low light without a flashlight. Nothing can prepare you for the size and weight of the crate that will come to your house. You will need help. Great chair.
