Item seems ok. Received it, am using it now. Problems with order, but company did everything to correct it.They were ok to deal with, however would not deal with them again. Can only say on recommendingthis item, that my problems were most likely a one time thing. Give them a try.

I love this product! I am in my early 60's and have been using it for at least 3 yrs.. In my opinion, it tones my neck and manages that extra, flabby skin below my chin. I use it every day.I can only comment on my experience with it.

I've been using it every week for two months. The fat under my chin is much less. The shape of my face and neck is much slimmer. I am not completely sure it's because of this tool or my diet/neck exercise routine, or the combination of both for the past two months. But I am happy with the result and will keep using this tool.

I have been using this Faithfully for three weeks now, and I can see a definite difference in the shape of my chin and lower face jaw line. I like this product, and when it wears down I will more than likely order a couple more. Thank you

I bought this Device as a Joke for my sister and we had a good laugh! After that gave it a try and started using it.. As silly as this thing is it works! You will feel it tightening up your neck, chin and jaws muscles. I think it has even helped with Snoring!!
