Bought to replace smaller version left on plane, which was baby's favorite, as the rhymes are great. Still a favorite and actually prefer it slightly bigger.

The book was in a worse condition than advertised
The book was in a worse condition than advertised. I was quite disappointed as although it's used, its description (good) didn't meet the appearance. Lots of scratches and a bit of dirt.

No clear pictures of baby things to talk about.
I thought this book would be full of pictures of things babies do during the day. However all you really see is baby’s heads. Therefore there is little to talk about with my grandchild. This book is not as I expected and I would not recommend it.

Lovely photos that will captivate a toddler. Helpful for identifying colours, facial features and counting to 3
My toddler loves this book at the moment and wants to read it several times over and then sits there looking at the pages herself. She likes to study the large happy baby face photos which make her smile and she likes to point and say "baby!" sweetly and affectionately which is just lovely. She also likes to point out features like nose, mouth, eyes and hair. There is a page with three duck pictures that she likes to point and and say "Quack, quack!". There is a nice little rhyme on each page about baby's day with lovely photo of a different baby on each page, going from waking up, playing, laughing and crawling, story time, bath time and bedtime. What about meal time, nappy time, tantrum time and crying in the night time, I hear you cry!The title of the book uses all the colours of the rainbow that you can point out and identify as they get older and there are different colours to identify on each page too, and there are some things to count up to three. Plus it is great for helping baby to identify facial features. I think that the Baby photos are the thing that make this book special as my toddler is just completely captivated by them! A good size for a one year old upward to hold and look through themselves too.
