The attached rope was nice..
The attached rope was nice.... The item is matte finish (!?), were these designers thinking at all. And the photo suggest a shine or glossy finish that simply isn't there. A shoe horn's purpose is to access easy / slip on of shoes! Also, the "curve" to cradle the heel could be further pronounced. Cheap enough not to return, but a bit of a sham since you asked.
