Freestanding Bathtub (HS-ALLURE MINI)

Beautiful and high-end tub that is very easy to install.

I would advise everyone before buying this tub to be aware that the drain hose is very thin. We got to use the tub only for a few months before it started leaking. It has become a hassle to get a replacement.

Beautiful Tub and my wife was in love with it. Only had for a month and would give it 5 instead of 4 stars if the flex drain hose was of better quality. When the flex hose is attached to the pre-assembled drain, it actually extends past the bottom of the tub by 1/4-3/8" making it necessary to use the leveling legs and thus leaving this much of a gap around the base of the tub. we removed a small section about 6"x6" of the tile floor under the tub where it was hitting to lower the tub to eliminate the gap around the base. So far everything is looking and working great.

59" Egg Plus Mini: The tub looks nice but the plumber just installed it and I now see that the drain hose is made of a very flimsy corrugated plastic. You can easily crumple the thing with two fingers. A snake or strong chemical like Drain-O would punch or eat a hole in it, causing a big leak in my upstairs sub-floor. My project is on hold until I can find a suitable replacement part. I have little patience for companies that sell inferior parts that spawn sub-projects and mess up everyone's schedule.***WARNING TO OTHERS: Plan to upgrade the parts before installation***
