A must buy
Works great you will not be disappointed. Just make sure you put non stick spray or oil on the inside of it but other than that it makes the most perfect circular pancakes and omelettes and my husband and kids love the results and the presentation.

Perfect for Blackstone Griddle Omelets!
These stainless steel 8-inch omelet rings are fantastic for making perfectly shaped omelets on the Blackstone. They’re sturdy, easy to use, and clean up quickly. Great size and quality—highly recommend for any griddle cooking!

Good omelet helper
I've just used them once on an outdoor griddle. The omelet eggs leaked a little out of one ring but didn't leak at all out of the other. They were just the right size for my tortilla omelet. I applied plenty of butter to the rings and the eggs didn't stick at all. They seem to be well-made. Quite pleased overall. I tossed the "extra" brushes in the trash. They are two piece brushes and not worth the cleaning effort. I haven't tried the egg separators. I've never needed one in the past but , who knows, I might like this "extra"

amazing eggs and easy clean up
We bought these for my husband to use on his Blackstone to make omelets. They were very easy to use and helped with making a variety of items on the Blackstone because the eggs weren't running out the bottom and could be kept separate. The omelets turned out perfect size and were delicious. They also worked well to make perfectly round pancakes. Very easy for clean up as well!

Mostly good, but not 100% flat edge. Expect a little leakage here and there. But fairly easy to clean.
