Using only the finest cacao beans from the Caribbean, our exotically rich and velvety smooth cocoa is pure liquid bliss. Both Aztec Spice and Cloud Nine cocoa powder can be used with either hot water or steamed milk, though the latter makes a far richer cup. Both are also quite splendid in mocha's, frappes, and milkshakes and the Cloud Nine makes a fun and healthier chocolate milk. Preparation: Simply mix 2 TBSP of powder (more or less to taste) with 8oz. of hot water or milk (again, milk makes a more traditional creamy hot cocoa). To make a cold drink, prepare just as you would hot and then pour over ice.
