Nicely constructed but lacks the ability to clamp well to my 1" flashlights. It is essentially a scope mount with a picatinny rail attachment. It is hit or miss whether your light will fit well. For me, my lights were loose and there is no way to tighten the rings once the screw bottom out. Need to add tape or some other filler for to get the light to hold tight.I have a TN12 light and this clamp will not hold it tight without wrapping tape around the barrel of the flashlight.

I paid $6.64 including shipping for this item. I read a good review on it but, at that price, I couldn't help but half expect something cheapo. Wrong! This baby is very nice. Solid quality and my small 1" dia. tactical light (JETBeam BC25 Cree XM-L 650 Lumens LED Waterproof Flashlight)is rock solid on my weapon. Super awesome deal. It will NOT junk up the look of your gear at all, will do its intended job and will still be a lot cheaper than you will pay elsewhere. If you can get it for this price, buy several (wish I would have) and pass the great value on to your buddies. If you can get it for twice or triple what I paid... buy it.

This mount fit exactly as designed. The screws are a little short if you want to use with devices that are over the 1"; so the Nebo 5077 CSI 8 LED Black Tactical Laser Self Defense Flashlight is too big. The screws didn't strip out (like others have) which is a plus. Even after I installed the flashlight many times. I am well pleased with this mount until I shot 30 rounds and it became loose from the rail. I figured out that you can use an allan wrench to tighten the count greated than hand tight. Hopefully it will stay tight.

I was a bit hesitant at first because the picture make the part look so glossy. I went ahead and ordered it just because, who can turn that price down?! Ive bought nasty cheeseburgers for the same price and ate it anyway. But as it turns out, it is not glossy. its matches the finish on my AR15. I have no idea why you would pay any more than this. I've shot with the attachment on and it did not loosen. I am very happy with the product. I use my oldschool surefire 6p in it. fits perfectly.

I bought this because the mount for my instapark green laser had stripped screws and this one was only a couple of bucks to i figured what the hell. It is a great product and it puts the laser closer to the barrel than the original mount. I have it on the top rail to the right side so it sits right next to the front sight without getting in the way of cowitness through my acog. It is sturdy and can be sinched down with the allen wrench via the holes around the thumbscrew. The only way i could see it being any better is if it were a quick disconnect instead of thumbscrew. It is a great mount for any flashlight or laser with a tube dia. of 1".

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 due to the fact that main screw and nut rusted. I cleaned the rust and oiled it. The 4 bolts on the clamp have not given me any issues. And i have removed and re installed them multiple times. Holds tight on my 9mm and .40 pistols i have used it on. A Nebo micro redline fits perfect if you are looking for a bright compact light to use with it.

Second option for mounting flashlight to my AR15, and couldn't be more pleased. Like the fit, as it keeps flashlight more flush to my MAGPUL LS hand guards, whether I mount in high or low positions. Settled for low mount left side for ease of use with vertical grip. Other than gloss finish (you can fix by spraying with flat clear or matte clear paint), it's a great mounting solution for the price.

I have this mount installed on my Glock 17 for home protection.I initially tried to install an 1" diameter flashlight but was having issues because the provided screws were too short. I looked around for flashlights that would fit and ended up finding this Harbor Freight flashlight that fits perfectly http://www.amazon.com/inch-LED-flashlight-pack/dp/B00AKX4WWE. I haven't fired any shots with this setup to be able to review for its durability.
