Adult Cotton Sport Sock (3Pk) 10-13 White

I used to buy socks from the big sporting companies (Reebok, Adidas, Nike). When they can save a nickel per unit, they change to a different third-party factory in a different country. That means different fit and material, despite what I assume are their best efforts at quality control. If you don't believe this is how it works, try checking the labels of different pairs of identical Levi's jeans. I bought Durabilt (Hound) socks five years ago at Farm and Fleet, assuming they were a low end brand. When I realized how well they hold up and when it was time to replace my old socks, I went to buy more. I bought test pairs on Amazon and found the new ones fit and felt exactly like the previous ones from years earlier. Hound really knows how to make socks, to have that kind of consistency over the years. They are made at a mill in North Carolina, if the Made in the USA label is important to you. The bottoms are padded, the tops are thinner and breathable, and the upper part doesn't stretch and slide down. They are so good that I finally threw out every other pair of socks I own and ordered (15) pair of these. I highly recommend these socks. The "10-13" are the size with "LG" woven into the bottom, and they fit perfectly on a size eleven foot.

Great product, very thick and well cushioned sole extending up and over the toes, durable and exceptionally well made. They are essentially one size fits all. It would be nice if they made an extra large size as the fit is very snug even with my smallish (size 9 US) feet.

Socks are fine, decent quality, but if you're expecting thick socks, these are not. Can't tell how long they'll last, but I doubt they'll last as long as the ones I got at C...co.

These are very comfortable padded tennis socks. My tennis shoes fit comfortably with my orthotics and these socks. One caution, these socks will shrink a lot when placed in the dryer. They come in packs of three. I washed & dried the first pair and they no longer fit me. I now wash and air dry these socks and that works great.

DO NOT BUY THESE. 5 of them have torn heels within 2 months. When you pull them on hurriedly or fairly aggressively they tear up and you have big holes in the heels. I never had socks that were this bad. I had gold toes that were much better quality. Now I have to go buy another brand.I may attach photos later. My wife has a tendency to throw out things quickly though.
