Broke apart after couple months
Ok bag , not as comfortable as it should be . Stored my 15inch laptop and couple books and mic and charger etc .However the top handle started to break apart after a month or so , material build wasn’t that good . Had to send it back . Bought a high quality incase brand backpack can’t go wrong with them

Big space and great quality
It Has big space for my husband to business trip just like luggage,very handful to him ,you can put anything you want won’t mess around.It great quality and nice design.

Poor quality.
It's a good bag, but not for daily use. It's small, it is difficult to take anything out without putting the bag down and opening it completely, which is difficult during commute.The handles started to fall apart after several days. I wouldn't buy it again.

Cheap materials that have the strength of a wet paper towel
I would avoid like the plague, I have used the bag on 3 x commutes and the strap has become frayed and un-stitched, i think the strength test on the strap was no existent..... what a waste of £40!!!!! 😠

Overall good with some minor issues
Overall quality and look of the bag is nice but I faced an issue with the handle which is not strong enough. It’s broken within 1 month even though I was not carrying much weight. It seems the handle was not properly assembled from the beginning since I could notice a gap from one side.Space is ok but wish there was some zipper pockets inside as my stuff kept on moving internally.

Low quality product - don't waste your money
Low quality product. 2 months using the bag and the handle started to rip. Tried to contact the manufacturer that suggested me to try Amazon. They even mentioned "if you meet the replacement criteria". No warranty or customer support.
