I bought this CD on the strength of the previous reviews and was very disappointed. I like Brian McKnight, but when he flirts with Rap and modern R&B, he sounds like all the others of that ilk. No standout track at all for me. What a waste of a brilliant talent.

Brian McKnight's 8th official studio album takes it back to "Anytime" days, soft ballads with his beautiful voice although there is a few rapper cameos. "Gemini" probably one of best albums this year.1.Stay With Him (Intro) - A cool a capella intro reminds me of a barbershop quartet advising a girl he's been singing to stay with her man rather than creep with Brian 'coz she has caught feelings for him already I'm loving the album 10/102.What We Do Here - It sounds like it was left off Superhero, It was #1 on the Billboard adult R&B charts its catchy in a melodic way nice song but could have been better 8/103.Everytime You Go Away - This also topped the Billboard adult R&B charts sounds a lot like "Lets Get Married" by Jagged Edge especially at the chorus. The song is just so smooth and soulful it could be a "baby maker" my favourite part of the song is the electric guitar solo a very beautiful song 10/104.Grown Man's Business - A flashback song very 80's sounding it's a bit repetitive but it's easily listenable could have been a single not really my favourite but its got that classic "B. Knight" sound 7/105.Everything I Do - This song is really beautiful another baby maker I've listened to this a lot recently even some of my friends are feeling Brian on this it's very long though clocking almost 7 minutes (6.39). But when your listening to it you don't even realise how long its been going on 'coz its so soulful and laid back 10/106.Here With You - Very old school sounding reminds me of something Atlantic Starr or even Marvin Gaye would sing very very soulful indeed but this does get a bit repetitive but still a great song 10/107.All Over You - I can't think of the melody he singing when it gets to the chorus it's so familiar but I can't remember. Does reminds me of a Joe song as well nice mid-tempo jam 10/108.She (Featuring Talib Kweli) - The underground hip-hop legend has teamed up with Brian on this up-tempo love song you can hear the Isley Brothers influences on this track I actually thought it was one of their tracks. Kweli delivers on this one (gotta love him) one of my favourite songs 10/109.Stay - Slow, melodic and dreamy are the words I think of when listening to this loving it very flashback-y it even got my mum listening very beautiful (just like a lot of the songs on this) 10/1010.Come Back - A song that Marvin Gaye would definitely be proud of his influences are all over this song even down the "Oooh Baby" if this doesn't make you want to get it on nothing will it actually has a neo-soulish sound nice song 10/1011.Whatcha Gonna Do? (Featuring Akon, Juvenile & Skip) - Juvenile & Brian's parts are the only bits worth listening to Akon are terrible and who the hell is Skip trying to be? This song wasn't a good move 6/1012.Your Song - Another one I'm not overly crazy over don't even listen to it much takes too long for him to start singing but the instrumentation is nice it's a slow burner a really slow one like putting you to sleep burner 4/1013.Me & You - Usually at the end of every album Brian has he puts a gospel song on this is probably the best one he's ever sung and it happens to be my favourite on the album he tells the story of Jesus with his beautiful voice great gospel song 10/10Top 51.Me & You2.She3.Everytime You Go Away4.Stay5.Here With YouThis is a worthy addition to your CD collection not as good as his previous work but does remain as one of my favourite albums of this year so far

Attention voix sublime !!! Les chansons , superbes et très variées , servent d'écrin à la voix fantastique , chaude et veloutée de Mr Brian McKnight .Cet album magnifique est un exemple de la large palette expressive du chanteur . Des teintes de soul , de gospel ou de jazz .Un chanteur populaire doté d'une immense musicalité .Selon moi un des meilleurs artistes de R'n'B actuels .

I'm a huge Brian Mcknight fan and never loved any of his albums the way I love this one. He has so many cuts on here that are hot verses his other albums which may only have 3 songs but this ENTIRE album is it. He always blesses God to so that's a bonus.

久しぶりのアルバム。楽しみにしていたら、その期待を上回るような出来で大変気に入っています。やはり声で勝負、歌い方で勝負できるの「歌手」は最近あまりいなくなっている中で、この人は本当に美しい声の持ち主であり、またその操り方もすばらしい。特に３曲目が切ない想いをしっとり歌い上げていて「男性もこういう気持ちになるのかな～？」などと考えながら聞いています。またライブしてほしいです。今度は、ブルーノートとかでしっとり聞きたいですね。

Moi perso j' adore cet artiste,je possède tout les albums et a chaque fois la même magie opère,une voix de folie , des mélodies bien a lui, pour l' avoir vue en concert en 2007 , s' est un grand monsieur de R&B qui a énormément de talent.
