It's a fine sock, but not quite fine enough for me. Well made, and attractive, it goes with any foot that'll fit that isn't grossly deformed. The hot-weather wicking seems to work acceptably well.Now for the "bad." Not thick enough. Not much padding there, which was one of my goals. Also, not boot length. It was hard enough finding a warm-weather padded sock, & it didn't occur to me that maybe there are different lengths. I figured if they say "hiking" sock, that you could wear them with "hiking" boots. Or not, actually. They are WAY too short.In the end I had to put on multiple other socks in order to compensate for both the length and thickness of the sock, negating the very purpose the sock was obtained to accomplish. So in this, mission not accomplished.
